These extremely enthusiastic designers believe in the concept of being ‘fashion conscious’ rather than being ‘style conscious’. Together, they started their own concept label named ‘Quirk box’. Launched in April 2011, Quirk box is a unique blend of art and fashion. The duo came together with their respective sets of credibility and ideologies to set up a one-of-a-kind designer store.
The effective bond between the designers and the qualities which they both possess, make them shine in the crowd. Jayesh is an artist and the founder/creative director of the contemporary art and designer studio, ‘Emblem’. Rixi is a Kitsch couture designer and she launched her own line of women’s wear and fashion accessory line, ‘Half Full’ in 2003, Mumbai. Furthermore, Jayesh is a multiple award achiever on the international level, in the field of art, whereas Rixi launched her fashion and lifestyle store ‘Attic’ in 2008, Mumbai.
Speaking of their accomplishments in the fashion industry, they made a debut in the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive in 2013 with their ‘Resort Wear Collection.’ The designers now look forward to expanding Quirk Box and retailing it in the market.
Quirk started as a street wear and lifestyle label, and today it is replete of an extremely detailed collection.
