    Review

Influenced from an image taken by Rogue Samus, Chandni Mohan presented her collection “In Between Spaces”.

The collection depicted the concept of sharp dimensions and illusions. For the garments Chandni used old technique of pleating and shaped exceptional geometric structures. The silhouettes varied from deconstructed capes and asymmetrical tops paired with basic trousers and straight fit dresses. The fabrics ranging from wool to micro and silk crepe came in colors like slate, pitch-black, nude, maroon and mist.

Eye-catching designs were a basic black dress with pleats used as texture and a black and nude jacket with folded detailing and carved geometric shapes. Other highlights were a wrap over pleated black top paired with a basic nude slit skirt, a black kimono with gathered red blouse, a formal ankle length trouser and an graceful black jumpsuit with drape details.
