Gunit’s designs exude a simplicity that suggests an instinctive approach. A closer look reveals intricate detailing in the juxtaposition of parts.  Each piece is unique with an interesting interplay of shapes and textures blending varied hues to create a harmonious whole. Her meticulous work continues to create delicate lovely designs that capture the hearts and imagination of her audience.

Her latest collection withholds two assortments, namely Dew drop collection and the Ramp collection. The ramp collection is an art piece designed with theatrical and dramatic opulence. The Dew Drop collection on the other hand is more subtle with soft hued stones. There is an extensive use of Calcedonia stones, onyx, emerald and polki.

Gunit’s Ramp collection prefers the usage of materials like bronze, brass, beads, and crystals and composes a sweet harmony of traditional and style. After her rendezvous with Indian fashion weeks since March last year, the designer has extensively made a positive growth, starting from her association with fifty craftsmen to 150 artisans working for her till date.

The designer’s rendezvous with jewelry design started early when at the age of nine she plucked seeds off a plant, strung and dried them. When these were picked up by a Khan Market outlet and an order placed for more “necklaces”, her creativity was applauded and thus began a journey of self discovery through design.
