The famed Metropolitan Museum of Art had Alexander McQueen’s Savage Beauty on exhibit last year, taking the world by awe. Well, this year all eyes are set on the Met’s Spring 2012 exhibition, ‘Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations’, scheduled from May 10 to August 19, 2012.

The exhibition explores the striking affinities between Elsa Schiaparelli, the famous Italian fashion designer of early days, and Miuccia Prada. It features orchestrated conversations between these two iconic women to suggest new readings of their most innovative work.
