The newly restored version of Sergio Leone’s ‘Once Upon a Time in America’ debuted at the 65th Cannes Film Festival Cannes with much of Gucci’s support.
The World Restoration Premiere saw the film’s original cast including Robert De Niro, Jennifer Connelly, James Woods, and Elizabeth McGovern, walking the red carpet with Gucci’s Creative Director Frida Gianni.
Apart from this, the brand shone bright on the red carpet as the droves of Hollywood movie stars appeared in elaborate Gucci gowns. Whether its Natasha Poly’s 35 emerald green printed velvet evening gown with plunging V-neck detail or Salma Hayek’s floor length fully embroidered gown with a degrade of beading, Gucci was the flavour of the evening.
The other stars who appeared wearing Gucci were Charlotte Casiraghi, Gemma Arterton, Bella Heathcore, Livia Firth, Li Bing Bing, Zhu Zhu, Clara Paget, Isabella Ferrari, Simon Curtis, Andrew Dominik and Paul Bettany.
