300It has been 10 years since the Swedish Fashion House H&M announced its first ever designer collaboration with the one and only Karl Lagerfeld, wherein the relationship between designers and high-street fashion labels took a complete swing.

In an attempt to pay a tribute and acknowledge the brand’s 10 years of iconic designer collaborations, H&M is releasing ‘The First Ten Years’-a commemorative book featuring the same.

The book comprises of never seen before images and exciting behind the scenes contributions from each designer that the brand has worked with, including Donatella Versace, Alber Elbaz and Roberto Cavalli.

The book will be unveiled on the same day will launch its collaboration with Alexander Wang i.e. 6th November. Hitting the stands in as many as 250 stores, 25% of the book’s proceeds will be donated to UNICEF and their efforts against child marriage.

In the meantime, H&M also looks forward to its retrospective exhibition of its designer collaborations at its Fifth Avenue flagship in New York on 27th October.
