Fashion Forward, a key initiative by British Fashion Council has been awarded to three new young British womenswear designers for two consecutive seasons from Autumn Winter 2013 – David Koma, Holly Fulton and Michael Van Der Ham.Established in 2009 Fashion Forward helps to provide funding to talented emerging British designers
