In the times of pre-showcasing, there comes Milano Moda Pre-collections – a preview of designer collections that will be presented at upcoming Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2013.
The ninth edition of the event, running through the month of June has been organized by the National Chamber of Italian Fashionand receives the endorsement of prestigious names of Italian fashion showcasing their official collection before the fashion week in their respective showrooms.
The concept of pre-collections, born about ten years ago, holds significance from an economic standpoint and has assumed primary importance in recent years as about two-thirds of the total turnover of fashion is derived from them.
