Kicking off day two of Milan Fashion Week was Max Mara with an homage to summer in the city. The highlight of the day being legendary supermodel Cindy Crawford’sdaughter Kaia Gerber stormed the runway for Moschino and Prada shows.
Coming back to Max Mara, the brand referenced the collection to smart cosmopolitans seeking out shady patios and hidden gardens for sun dappled working lunches and well-earned cocktails. The house’s colours of the season are lilac, white, black and the requisite camel (of course) – as well as pretty spriggy floral prints in shades of purple and pink, grey pinstripes, and a Max Mara monogram that matched the carpet on the catwalk.
