Namrata G is an established brand name on the rapidly emerging area of haute couture in India. The designer’s collection is an exotic rare combination of trendy modern wear with a touch of tradition, which embodies the personal style of its founder. The collection speaks of her vision to present stylish clothing for men and women of all ages.Her insight into couture is so astute that she is as at home, designing for Men as well as Women.

Shrutika Bhardwaj, a designer based in Delhi. “Haute` Couture” is her forte; the classic “Sari” her passion; and contemporary geometrics, her style. Equipping the authentic and ethnic materials in a contemporary and modern style is her technique. Playing with colours and vibrant textiles, sieving them in surface development is her strong point.

Satkrit Krishna, who is among the most promising young names on the map of Chennai’s fashion scene, has definitely carved a niche for himself. Satkrit, whose plan is to currently tune his focus on the South Indian states of Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, says, “My creations are predominantly Indo-western outfits with elements of Kancheevaram — both in terms of leitmotifs and fabrics.
