With Raf simons having an emotional connection between clothes and customer that is hard to explain, the latest campaign, that further expands on the brands association with nature is very well captured by Willy Vanderperre.

In Christian Dior’s autobiography he wrote “My childhood home sat on a cliff and lay exposed to the most turbulent of weather.” Raf Simons has translated this into a collection.

Modeled by Julia Nobis, Natalie Westling and Mica Arganaraz, the Dior women staked out of their territory for the Autumn- Winter 2015-2016 campaign. With animal inspired prints covering their clothing and their Diorama bags, their long thigh boots molding like a second skin, and the slashed fabric of their skirts, appeared to melt into a harsh setting, like a new kind of camouflage, one that is feminine and very Dior.
