Piaget has launched the new Haute Joaillerie collection “Secrets & Lights – A mythical journey by Piaget” which takes us on the ancient Silk Road to the culturally and economically thriving cities Samarkand and Venice. The collection comprises 93 jewelry pieces and 38 timepieces.
The “Secrets of Venice” Collection inspired by city of Venice has exquisite timeless jewels created by combination of skills of craftsmen of Piaget with old techniques of craftsmanship.Rings in the pattern Palazzo are decorated with red spinel and diamonds on it as a bright flash of the cameras on the red carpet of the Venice Film Festival. Long earrings with rubies geometrically arranged are inspired by the outlines of Byzantine windows, while cuff bracelet with emerald, shimmering sapphires and diamonds represents the Venetian carnival tradition.
Inspiration of Samarkand is seen on rings decorated with Colombian emeralds, diamonds, sapphires and rubies, gold bracelet with turquoise arabesques and repeating patterns like a jeweler’s cloth and earrings in the shape of curls with a cascade of diamonds and sapphires.
