The third day of the India International Jewellery Week included shows from jewellery brands like Saboo Fine Jewels, Emerald, Mahabir and KIK Jewels,  Golecha Jewels presented by HRD Antwerp, Nazraana by Rio Tinto and Bridhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers.

Starting with Saboo Fine Jewels, the show comprised of three collections, each with different inspirations and creativities. The foremost collection took its inspiration from the royalty associated with ancient Rajputs and Mughals. Replete of magnificent raani haars, grandeur polkis, extravagant pendants, matching bangles, all embellished with emeralds, rubies and diamonds. Whereas, the second collection was more concentrated on the sparkle, including diamonds and emeralds studded brooches, necklaces enhanced with pearls and giant flower petal pendants. The final collection was replete of the rare pink and orange gems jewellery, along with dazzling rubies, pearls and floral necklaces.

Moving on, Emerald Jewel Industry Ltd. came in with their collection with influences of the Mughal architecture, its traditional motifs, geometric patterns, and floral designs. Replete of rubies and emeralds embedded necklaces, earrings and bracelets, with additional glimpses of Mughal traditions, the collection seemed to be extremely ornate, unique and mesmerising.

Progressing further with Mahabir and KK Jewels, the Kolkata based designers gave a timeless appeal with their exquisite handcrafted bridal jewellery. With the use of artistic elements like antique gold and kundan, the designers creatively mix and matched the western and Indian traditions.

Meanwhile, Golecha Jewels were also a part of the bridal jewellery arena, where their collection included magnificent Ganesha carved pendants, raani haars, chand balis, kadas, bangles, rings etc., all beautified with rubies, diamonds and white gold. The collection truly reflected grandeur and bridal extravaganza.

Nazrana by Rio Tinto was the following show with as many as seven different collections, with differentiated themes and motifs, with the additional line for men’s jewellery as well. Including enamelling stones, sparkling diamonds, floral motifs and many more, the collection was complimented with traces of spirituality, contemporary influences and ancient Indian heritage as its inspirations.

Finally, the curtains were brought down by collections from Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas jewellers, models for whom walked in the latest collection designed by the fashion industry giants Shyamal and Bhumika. The designers presented their artworks under the bridal wear genre, replete of garments with timeless silhouettes and hand embroideries, complemented by the bright colour palette of rich red and champagne gold. The presentation of the collection was epitomised with the ornate jewellery by Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas jewellers, including Mughal enamelled kundan line, white and yellow gold creations embedded with precious stones and more timeless celebratory creations.

All in all, the India International Jewellery Week gave the ideal jewellery freaks and wedding follower fashionistas a treat with its varied and innumerable exquisite creations.
