For the past 20 years, ‘Les Sapins de Noël des Créateurs’ has organized a special festive season event in aid of a good cause. The biggest names in fashion, design and architecture, design their Christmas tree.
These one-of-a-kind Christmas trees are put on display for the general public to admire at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, then sold off at auction, with proceeds going to the AVEC Foundation for cancer research.
Thirty-three designers or fashion houses namely, Ali Mahdavi, Chanel, Chantal Thomass , Christian Dior, Christian Ghion, Elie Saab, Emanuel Ungaro , Emilio Pucci, Francis Kurkdjian, Hermes by Véronique Nichanian, Hervé Van der Straeten, India Mahdavi with Keyvan Fehri and Monika Sosynska, Iris Cantabi by Guillaume Michel, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac , Jean-Claude Jitrois, Jean-Jacques Ory, Jean Paul Gaultier , Jerome Dreyfus, JonOne, Ken Okada, Lesage by Hubert Barrere , Louis Marie Castelbajac Marianne Guedin DS, Mathilde The ECOTAIS, Maurizio Galante with Arlette Vermeiren, Nina Ricci, Olivia Putman, Pierre Hermé, Rachid Khimoune, RubenAlterio, Stella McCartney with Blachere Illumination, Sylvain Le Guen, Swarovski by Colin Natahlie, have offered their talent to imagine the most beautiful symbol of Christmas. Out of these Swarovski has partnered with ten designers who have chosen to adorn their creations Swarovski crystals.
