Since 2010 you are the new face of makeup and cosmetic lines Armani care. Today, you become the heroine of the Armani Code saga. How do you feel that involvement?
I am overwhelmed by the sheer creative inspiration of Mr. Armani in fashion but also in beauty. Today I am very proud to become the face of the iconic Armani Code fragrance.
In your beauty case, what are your must have to stay sexy and flawless each days?
I always have in my bag the Armani Code Woman fragrance for its orange blossom smell. The Lipstick Rouge d’Armani matte that contrasts well with my pale complexion and my dark hair, I love the red color purity. And the Giorgio Armani foundation for the everyday nude look. It is an ideal line on my many shoots.
Did you wear the Armani Code Woman fragrance before doing this campaign?
I had smelled the fragrance prior and loved it right away.
What does orange blossom evoke in you?
To me, orange blossom is a sensation of freedom, sun, and sexiness. It reminds me of growing up in Florida!
How did you experience that Giorgio Armani video shoot for Armani Code Sport ?
I really had a great time on that shoot. This set was as a cinema set, very professional, you could believe this was a movie going on there!
The place was amazing, with the swimming pool at night, in that great house in L.A … The atmosphere was very seductive, the contrast of the mint blue of the pool and the dark sky illuminated with the lights from Los Angeles. It was shot in December, so it was quite cold outside… Lucky me I was inside while Chris had to dive so many times in the freezing pool!
What is your best memory of this video shoot?
More seriously the best part always of these is the crew. My co star Chris Folz was also great and a lot of fun to work with. Linda Cantello – my make up artist on these shoots is brilliant at what she does and she also makes me laugh so much.
What is your relationship to clothing?
I love fashion, though it is important to me to stay at ease with my look.
How can a man seduce you?
Always having a sense of humor.
What do you find attractive in a man?
Charisma, and his human side as long as it doesn’t overpower the person – then it is a complete turnoff.
Can a fragrance make someone attractive to you?
A fragrance gives confidence, brings glamour, it changes even a way of walking.
You have a lot of product in your vanity?
I keep a lot of moisturizers on hand with me when I travel as the climate changes are sometimes off putting to my skin.
Do you have any complexes?
I have complexes like any young contemporary woman but I try to stay grounded by having a nice home and family life.
What beauty advice would you give?
Accept who you are and go from there.
Red carpets, fashion and beauty shoots are part of my life but I still remember how I got there and who I am.
You trust in you?
I trust in doing the best job I can do and then the rest is fate.
What is your beauty routine?
Sleep, drink water, exercise, try to stay out of too much sun and have a positive attitude.
Do you exercise?
I exercise everyday with my coach. Sport gives me a positive energy.
What’s makes a great day in LA for you?
I Enjoy going to movies, hanging out with my family, and taking in the views.
