Valentino, launched its Rome flagship store on the world’s most famous street, Piazza di Spagna . The store is located very near to the brands’ headquarter in Piazza Mignanelli.
Build over 15,876 square feet, the store marks an advancement of the concept created by Valentino creative directors Chiuri and Piccioli with architect David Chipperfield. The store has combination of old and new generating a kind of Palazzo atmosphere. The two main marble staircases connect to the store levels.
At the ground level, the traditional Woman Store Concept is made with different architectural characteristics while at the first level, a completely new Woman Store Concept is proposed, with a polished white arched Galleria to which carbon fiber elements are attached for product display.
The new Man Store Concept at all the three levels proposes Terrazzo walls and Palladiana floors. The collection is displayed on oak shelving and hanging elements, which are supported by polished brass fixtures around the perimeter.
