Tarun Tahiliani and Anita Dongre will showcase their distinctive collections at the upcoming FDCI India Couture Week 2016, from July 20-24 at the Taj Palace hotel, in the capital. Though the two designers have been associated with FDCI since long, it will be the first time for Anita and Tarun (since the event shifted toDelhi) to participate at India Couture Week runway.
They will dazzle the catwalk with surreal ensembles on Day 2 of ICW 2016. Tarun Tahiliani has always courted elegance without losing touch with traditional drapes, while Anita is known for her vivacious colours and embroideries.
Talking about the two, Sunil Sethi, President FDCI said, “Both Tarun and Anita will present at the FDCI India Couture Week 2016 this year taking the grandiosity of the event a notch higher. They have been influencers and trend setters in the fashion space and will present defining looks through their sartorial rendition of what a modern woman desires.
