Shruti Sacnheti collection titled “Nomadistan” for LFW Summer Resort 2015, is dedicated to the young breed of beatniks who are not constrained by any boundaries, social barometers and paradigm and seek metamorphosis and are vagrant’s or non conformist at heart.
The collection represented by Sucheta Sharma, is of colorful cross cultural flavor and mood which is deeply maverick in appearance yet is avant-garde and au-courant.
The entire idea behind the collection is that although Indian textiles and crafts are liberally used but they should not be just restricted to draped and Indian silhouette’s,rather they can be adapted in sharply constructed garments with a global look attributed the designer.
