Shehla’s store designed by Esha Pandya, is reminiscent of the French Baroque style from the late sixteenth century with an air of delicacy and intimacy prevalent in shades of pink, champagne, crème and black. Complete with marbled floors, mirrored walls, and an ornate ceiling along with a crystal chandelier and exquisitely handcrafted furniture, the store perfectly complements to SHEHLAA’S
stylish clothing.
Shehla received her formal education in design from the prestigious London College of Fashion with masters in styling from the Instituto Marangoni in Milan. She uses seasonal trends to develop western clothes, with the esteem of an Armani suit, which a woman can keep forever. Fabric plays a huge role in creating a collection says she, hence I have used the fabric from each country perfecting in its genre like Swiss tulle , French lace , Italian chiffon , Indian silks etc.
The garments in her collection have the dual characteristic of being classic as well as trendy. She aspires to be a luxury brand which can also be available to someone who doesn’t have the privilege of luxury goods as well as someone who knows nothing but luxury.
