After creating a mini Eifel tower for Chanel show, Karl Lagerfeld showcased a dramatic fur collection for Fendi at Champs-Elysees theater at Paris Haute Couture FW 2018.

Lagerfeld’s “haute fourrure,” collection went technicolor this fall-winter with three-dimensional floral and flower infused with fur detailing.

A bright red poppy motif sheath was worn with a sienna coat and purple fur blooms. A turquoise cape dress sported oversize red fur flowers and ankle boots. Leading the runway were Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner in a loose and floaty, blue floral jumpsuit while the later wore a black tulip-shaped mini dress, with cape that curved round like a flower petal.

Graphic shapes with Color-blocking mixed in historic silken gowns was a Valentino show. Pierpaolo Piccioli, referred Italian painter Titian in the program notes and was seen in the silken hues in gentle whites, blues, reds and yellows.

Elie Saab went in search of the warrior queen for his medieval-tinged couture collection.The signature Saab silhouette, floor length and cinched-waist was given an historic twist in thick velvets, bands of fur, and intricate golden brocades.

Whilst Gaultier presented a snow-white runway, oversize bubble jackets in gray and gold alongside fitted jackets with snow motifs and furry white platforms.
