After Pirelli’s soulful 2013 calendar, Maybelline New York comes with its arty tribute to New York City through a limited edition calendar.

The aesthetically shot pictures by photographer Kenneth Willardt features some of the best names in the modeling business all body painted conceptually to mark the different sides of the city. From Freja Beja Erichsen painted in silver representing the NYC Art Scene to Erin Wasson painted in black stripes to symbolize the streets of the city, the calendar shows models in wildly done makeup – varying from neon lip shades to multi-hued nail paints.

The calendar with models looking like New York City Scenes is only meant to showcase the creative indulgence of the brand, and will not be sold.
