Having always had a penchant for art, Karishma opines that the best form of its interpretation is through various textures and patterns. Her latest collection “Between Smudged Lines” for Lakme Fashion Week W/F 2013, has an urban bohemian look, drawing inspiration from urban art paintings including graffiti, old Indian water colours and geometric patterns all fused into a vibrant and earthy gamut.
Drapes are a more or less ubiquitous feature of this collection. The colour palette makes use of warm hues like orange and yellow as well as blue and sea green.
