Vineet and Kanchan Dhingra’s store Chamomile has carved out a niche for itself amongst the fashion aficionados. The new Spring Summer collection is an exquisite creations by AM: PM and Bansri Mehta.
Whilst AM:PM presents spring summer colours dresses, jackets and kurtas that are delicately textured in pure fabrics, Bansri presents a vast range of funky hair accessories, cocktail jewellery, Diamante and Rosette clutch bags.
“The new line at Chamomile caters to the discerning fashionista – one who likes to dress with a sense of occasion and is always at the forefront of fashion. Working as a truly dynamic team Ankur and Priyanka Modi have propelled their label into a serious force of fashion. Their Spring Summer draw inspiration from the transparent summer to create a collection that exudes style, elegance and pizzazz. Meditatively imbibed in its essence are fluidity, feminism and a frozen seduction, stirring the collection in an inexplicable trance.
Draped harem pants are coupled with open shirts, long flowing jackets with soft shorts, dresses with scarves and chiefs. Seductively syruped in clear Ecrus, fresh mangoes, Oyster grays and berry purples and midnight blacks, the collection gives a heightened sense of relaxation.
With a stores philosophy of not putting up designer collection straight from ramp, instead it brings together pieces that are wearable, flattering and versatile.
