Amit GT would be showing his PreSpring Summer 2012 collection at the prestigious Saatchi Gallery in London. An art meet fashion event for trend defining designers and luxury brands to the likes of Vivienne Westwood, Kenzo, Pucci, Valentino, Givenchy would also be  showing alongside from August 7- 9 2011.

Talking about the collection Amit GT said, the biggest challenge in designing this collection was to how I could use my recent love affair with minimal chic in myriad ways to suit different moods and occassions.The colours best describe their mood from nudes to lime greens to desert gold to greys and blacks. 

"I wanted to create eclectic wardrobe so that they don’t have to follow same look each day. There are prints in the collection that were inspired by exotic flora and fauna or there are hand-painted intriguing prints or abstracts that take you on a galactic trail but all of them have a sense of escapism". The art of folding was the highlight of this minimal collection. Origami is reinterpreted that ergonomically morphed the shapes and is used to break the conventions of tailoring”, he went on.
