The Council of Fashion Designers of America has recently partnered with Singapore Fashion Week which will let the American designers to present their designs in Asian market and seek growth.
The event running from May 13 to May 17 will see Diane von Furstenberg staging the first fashion show on opening day. Thakoon Panichgul will also present his fall collection in Singapore on May 16.
The trifecta of out-of-town talent will include British designer Victoria Beckham, who will also fly in to host her own runway show. Other designers featuring at SFW include Dion Lee, Ong Shunmugam, and Dzojchen.
