At the upcoming Autumn Winter 2013 edition of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, designer duo Abraham & Thakore will be presenting their latest collection titled ‘Shaadi Redux’.

The show being sponsored by The Development Commissioner Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles in New Delhi will see the designer duo reinterpreting traditional dressing into a sleek 21st century bridal wardrobe for a contemporary Indian woman.

For Autumn Winter 2013silk brocades from Benares have been re-imagined by Abraham & Thakore which further have been specially woven by Ekaya, that is rooted in the rich textile heritage of Benaras, to create a collection that explores the very nature of weaving- the interlacing of warp and the weft, creating a strong visual geometry.
