One-of-its-kind art initiative of late came to fore when a group of artists across the country came together with ‘Gau Art’ to raise funds for injured, stray and abandoned animals.

All conceptualized by Garima Jain of Transmedia Arts for The Good Karma Shelter in Kasauli, the initiative plays around the use of fiber glass heads of cows to let the artists run their imaginations riot – and that too in different forms like encrusting with Swarovski as done by artists Binoy Varghese and Manish Pushkale.

The masterpieces by these artists including Anjum Singh, Arpana Caur, Dileep Sharma, Farhad Hussain, George Martin P.J, Madhavi Parekh, Prajjwal Choudhary, Paresh Maity, Rohit Sharma and Trishla Jain amongst others will be exhibited on 20th and 21st January, 2012 at Arpana Caur’s Gallery, Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.
