Nagpur based versatile designer Vidhi Wadhwani is exhibiting her refreshing Autumn-Winter collection “PRISM” at Lakme Fashion Week A/W 2017.
“PRISM” the Autumn-Winter line focuses on the elements of transparency and luminosity, inspired by thousands of tiny 1″cm triangles of fabric in myriad hues which is meticulously appliqued, patched and quilted together, along with metallic fabrics to create intricate 3D geometric textures with a luminous feel. Rich natural fabrics like silk organzas, linens and crepes have been used as base for this technique.
This collection consists of separates like tops, draped shirts, dresses, skirts, versatile tunics and jackets that can be mix and matched to exude a playful, eccentric and luxurious vibe, targeting the experimental and adventurous modern woman of today.
