Google, for the very first time, collaborates with the fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg to curate its new Google Glass Collection. The collection will be on sale by the luxury fashion retailer Net-a-porter wherein, Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter becomes the first third-party retailer of the wearable tech item.

However, Furstenberg made his debut with smart glasses during its Spring/Summer 2013 Runway show. The collection for Google Glass will go on sale in US, by the end of June to exhilarate its fans with this exciting collaboration of technology and fashion.

For the general public, the five new frame designs and eight new shades’ collection will be available by the end of this year and will also go on sale at the Google Glass site.

Starring Miss Cara Delevingne, Burberry‘s fall ad campaign 2014 is traditional with an artsy vibe.

Shot by Mario Testino, the ads star Malaika Firth and Cara Delevingne along with fellow Burberry models Malaika Firth, Callum Ball, Tarun Nijjer, and Oli Green, the campaign speak of, the loose, hand-painted trenches, bags, wool scarves inspired by the “Bloomsbury artistic set” .

Yves Saint Laurent, the French fashion house unveiled its two new feminine fragrances, namely ‘Manifesto’ and ‘Manifesto Elixir’. Created artistically for the admired and desired woman, the fragrances mark the essence and luxury of the fine quality that the brand is known to provide for.

Of the two, Manifesto is the perfume of freedom, for the women who believe in being completely self-dependent and live life on their own terms. Replete of natural elements like jasmine, lily, blackcurrant, cedar core and sandalwood among others, the fragrance adds style, beauty and mystery to the personality of the wearer. Besides, the jewel gold cap and the pop spirited violet coloured bottle, makes the perfume all the more bewitching, sensual and erotic.

Manifesto Elixir is meant for the audacious and the deeply mysterious women, who showcase absolute intensity and pure transparency. With its multi-faceted, white flower woody fragrance, the scent reflects the rawness of bergamot and mandarine and is made from the beautiful blend of vanilla bean and ambroxan. The bottle too, is equally magnificent like a purple crystal star celebrating the extremes and sparkling like the new YSL star.

This designer has been a jewellery enthusiast since childhood and thus, picked up Gemmology and Jewellery designing as his career. A jewellery professional from the prestigious Gemmology Institute of America, Rahul has also pursued a course in Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery. After gaining momentous experience in jewellery designing, the designer curated his label, ‘Ra Abta: Rich and Royal Adornments’. The collection exclusively features precious and semi- precious gold hallmarked jewellery.

Speaking of his early years in the field of designing, Rahul worked with the luxury jewellery brand ‘Gitanjali’ wherein he designed exclusively for their collection titled, ‘Giantti’. Thereafter, he designed and manufactured a Retail Range for Louvre in Paris.

Meanwhile, over the years the designer has earned himself acclaim and appreciations from the country’s high-ending fashionistas. Some of his accomplishments include his being among the finalists in the Swarovski design awards in 2010 and in the Singapore Jewellery Design Awards in 2011. Furthermore, Rahul won the Jewellery Association Show in 2010 and 2011.

Besides, some of the biggest milestones oh his career includes his participation in multi-national platforms like the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, where he created an exclusive Ethnic line of Jewellery for the designer Joy Mitra.

Presently, Rahul retails his creation through his studio in New Delhi.

The London born glamorous model and actress Cara Delevingne takes her steps into designing as she curates a capsule collection for the New York fashion house, DKNY. Titled ‘Cara Delevingne for DKNY’, the collection will feature Cara’s entire favourite wardrobe, including sweat suits, tank tops, leather bombers and a parka.

The fresh actor/model turned designers has been associated with brand for almost two years now, with reference to her campaigns for the brand attired in crop tops, skinny jeans and colourful sneakers, as well as knitted beanies, which became here signature styles. For her self-created collection, she will also be featured in the brand’s ad campaign and is searching for two more models for the same via Instagram by asking her followers, to upload a photo of themselves with hashtags #CaraWantsYou and #Cara4DKNY.

The unisex creations will hit the stores in November to satiate the curiosity of die heart fans of this exciting association of the brand and Cara.

Expanding their reach AM: PM launched another store at Mumbai’s luxury destination Palladium.

Imbibing the brand language of European aesthetics, the store houses statement elements like fluidic-cork furniture, miniature motifs on the floor and Parisian panel, beautifully etch out the nuances.
