Lately my fellow fashionistas are been asking me , that how come I am reading the NYFW as day 6 while the web says Day 5, to answer them all, the fashion week started from Feb 10,2016. Anyhow moving ahead with the day’s events we had Philip Lim, Caroline Herrera, The Row, Zac Posen, Thom Browne, Jeremy Scott, Vivienne Tam to name a few.

1
While Philip Lim showcased combination textures and patterns, Thom Browne’s collection was inventive turning sacks into overcoats and old trousers into capes, or fashioning a coat from two old outerwear pieces, one long, one short, or covering holes here and there with denim patches.
Caroline Herrera fall 2016 was a subtle juxtaposition and small floral embroidery. The line up featured traditional, fluidity and structure, simplicity and embellishment. Her seafoam green skirt was like a smoke cloud with a slight bounce.
Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen for The Row , showcased silhouettes that were long and loose yet lean. The juxtaposition of slightly oversized knit tucked into a more structured pant was outstanding.
