Little Shilpa “Madness of Muchness” collection at London Fashion week SS16, drew inspiration from Lewis Carroll’s iconic Alice in Wonderland, paying homage to the novel with intricate mixes of fabrics and eye-catching head-pieces.

Models wandered the multi-level space in the whimsically glamorous setting, drinking from teacups filled with sweets or carrying flamingos tucked beneath an arm. Each piece was crafted with psychedelic patterns blending red, black and white with denims. The length and the cut of each piece differed, with a few asymmetric hems and long-line fits, with the unique gathering of different materials in laser-cut seams and tartan knife pleats. Models wore quirky headgears, from a cascading deck of cards, to a relatively space-age mask. Ears of a gothic White Rabbit; another stood in disjointed monochrome stripes like a Queen’s crown were the standouts by designer.

1Famous British handbag brand Mulberry is facing protest from worker activists following claims it has failed to protect the rights of workers at a supplier factory in Izmir, Turkey, where the brand gets leather from.

The brand has been accused of firing 14 members from the factory SF Leather in Turkey for being members of a union and told they can only return if they stop being members of a union. The workers have also made a video explaining their dilemma. The protesters are gathering at Mulberry stores and franchises in cities across Europe and the US.

Mulberry have so far responded to requests to intervene by stating that they are investigating, and recently that they are waiting for the outcome of some legal processes in Turkey to conclude.

During the upcoming Paris Fashion Week, ace designer Manish Arora is set to cover the streets of Paris with stunning posters featuring his fall 2015 collection.

David Beckham has teamed up with actor and comedian Kevin Hart to give a humorous take on the world of Beckham himself in his new H&M campaign. For the new Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham Autumn 2015 Collection, Hart plays a method actor preparing to take on the role of Beckham.

Kevin Hart is one of the funniest, smartest guys around. I love to do the unexpected for my H& M campaigns, and I don’t think anyone thought I’d do comedy. I hope everyone enjoys watching it as much as I did making it,” says David Beckham.

“To be able to make fun of a global icon like David Beckham is a comedian’s dream. I love fashion as much as I love sports, which is why I was so excited to star in David’s new H&M campaign,” says Kevin Hart.

It’s his pick of the wardrobe essentials a man needs each season, and this new Autumn 2015 Collection is available in every H&M store that sells menswear from the beginning of October.

Reference 57260 is a double-dial horological masterwork of hitherto unimaginable complication and technical innovation. It has been conceived over a period of eight years by a team of three of the company’s Master Watchmakers. Made using the classic principles of watchmaking along with resolutely 21st century thinking, this watch is an entirely original creation exhibiting a total of 57 complications, several of which are entirely new and unique.

Made of solid 18-carat white gold, polished with glazed bezels on each side, the elegant and perfectly proportioned case has a three-position winding crown with corresponding indication window on the case band to show the position of the crown during winding or setting. A co-axial button in the crown controls the start/stop and return-to-zero functions of the double retrograde chronograph and the push-button in the case band at 11 o’clock activates and restarts the rattrap ante chronograph function.

Each side of the watch has a dial made of solid silver, while the rotating discs for the displays are made of aluminium so as to be lightweight and therefore require only the slightest energy to move. The meantime dial is of regulator style, displaying the hours, minutes and seconds on separate chapter rings, this first dial displays some of the entirely new and very exciting functions developed by the Vacheron Constantin watchmakers and seen for the first time ever in this watch.
