430In a glamorous evening, entrepreneurs Akanksha and Neena Aggarwal launched “Exclusively Yours”, alimited edition collection of bespoke & opulent genuine silver products atthe Drawing Room at The Oberoi in New Delhi.

The collection included furniture, lighting, home décor, giftware, tableware and idols. Each silverware products like dishes, cake plates and ice buckets were decorated with semi-precious stone like Lapiz, Rose Quartz and Jasper and hand crafted with close attention to detail by Neena & Akanksha Aggarwal.

Inspired from European and Renaissance period, the luxurious furniture line had custom made pieces of sofas, arm chairs, chaise lounge, stools, console, and much more.

In attendance were guests like Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Niamat Bakshi, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Priya Sachdev, Ramola Bachchan, Anita Bajaj, Megha Bhatia Meenu Bakshi, Veenu Kumar, Pallavi Rathore, Renu Bhatia, Madhu Sood, Indu , Ritu Ansal, Ashi Burman amongst others.

Prada has recently launched its pre fall ad campaign which has artfully merged both men’s and women’s wear collections into a stunning visual statement on gender.

Shot by legendary fashion photographer Steven Meisel in his New York studio, the ad campaign featuremodels Maartje Verhoef, Niels Trispel, Willow Hand, Artur Chruszcz, Aya Jones, Johannes Spaas, Natalie Westling, Finnlay Davis, Julia Nobis, and Tim Schuhmacher.

Each photograph features alternately aloof or intimately entwined male/female couple against a neutral gray backdrop. Like the Prada Men’s FW15 show-space, somber blues and blacks pervade the collections. The ad features models wearing outfits made from Prada’s iconic fabrics black nylon. Hard monochromes pieces are periodically softened by wool, camel coat or textured, camouflaged check.

Designer and actress Kate Bosworth has utilized her talent for design again with a shoe collection in partnership with Matisse Footwear.

The shoe collection draws most of its inspiration from the new trending fashion era of music festivals, dubbed “Coachella season. With designs that echo Bosworth’s personal style, each pair is practically tailor-made for ground-stomping fun. Embedded with studs, graphic prints, shimmery designs, and matte finishes, the heeled wedges and booties involve a fitting style for festival wear.

The collection will launch in Nordstrom and select retailers nationwide.

1Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton is going to pay tribute to the late renowned British designer Christopher Nemeth with a one month pop-up shop at Colette store in Paris store which will start from June 22nd coinciding with men’s fashion week in Paris.

Louis Vuitton will organize a stunning installation on the store’s second floor with a trunk like shelving unit as its centerpiece. The pop up shop will showcase Nemeth’s fetish hand-drawn motifs on outerwear, tailoring, scarves, DJ cases upholstered in shearling, and monogram tote bags. The pop up shop will also include ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories which will include scarves and timepieces.

The collection will later be available at Louis Vuitton stores across the globe and at pop-up store is which will launch in Tokyo from August 26th to September 16th.
