Wildfox Swim cruise collection for 2015 included some one piece swim suits with funky typography, cool starry prints; check prints with stylish bows on the bikinis, never seen before 3D floral embellished bikinis and more. Also visible were the very conventional animal prints in baby pink colours, sensual see through bikinis, zipped two piece swimsuits with a very sporty edge, and a little black dress which could be amazingly apt for evening outing as well. Moreover, the looks were beautified by the use of a unique accessory like floral tiaras, which set up the appropriate mood for the entire evening.

The grandeur celebrations of the India International Jewellery Week continued with dual grand finales, which comprised of showcase of collection from Nazraana by Rio Tinto and PC Jewellers’ Best of the Best show.

The day kicked off with Rio Tinto’s show which included one pieces form each of the seven collections launched by the brand. Likewise, the collection included feminine diamond jewellery inspired by contemporary Indian heritage, spirituality and love. A part of the collection also included exclusive menswear jewellery. Delicate necklaces, exquisite pendants, floral inspirations for brooches, and other pieces reflecting different versions of the holy word ‘Aum’ symbol, were the major attraction of Rio Tinto’s collection.

Following came up the lavish PC Jewellers sponsoring the Best of the Best show comprising of 17 entries from different collections. The collections included wedding jewellery, temple jewellery, luscious diamond jewellery and the unique designer collection. The astonishing kundan sets, medallion embellished haars, sleak hath phools, pearl embellished earrings and countless luxury of the collection were a treat for the enthusiastic onlookers and fashionistas.

The Best of the Best show comprised of 21 entries, divided carefully into the categories of modern contemporary and traditional. The modern contemporary category included the best creations from the collections from Laksh Pahuja, Farah Khan, Saboo Fine Jewels, Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery, Delhi and Mumbai, and the Gitanjali Group.

While the ethnic traditional category was replete of the finest works from Swarovski gemstones, Surya golds, Jewels by Preeti, Aks Jewels, National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, Ditpi Amisha, Golecha Jewels and Apala Sumit to name a few.

Having done with showcase of magnificence of creativity from the above mentioned brands, the curtains were brought down by two beautiful divas of Bollywood namely Bipasha Basu and Sonam Kapoor attired in graceful Neeta Lulla, who showcased her extravagant Autumn Winter Bridal collection. Both the stars looked glamorous in the latest creations from the celebrated designer, giving the glitterati jewellery week is well deserved end.

Featuring the extremely glamorous and dramatic Edie Campbell, the British fashion house Alexander McQueen comes up with a moody ad campaign, keeping ‘gothic’ as the genre for its latest collection.

Shot by photographer Steven Klein, the campaign is replete of mere five pictures with an eerie black background with Edie dressed in dramatic McQueen gowns, posing around black horses, and ancient looking indoors, an enhancement to the ghostly atmosphere that the brand seeks to display.

The pictures do look appealing, unique and mysterious, a bold and appreciated attempt on the part of Alexander McQueen!

Likewise, the two look forward to create luxurious residential units, common areas and daily amenities as a part of the upcoming Armani/Casa Residences project in Miami expected to be completed in 2016.

A reflection of the conventional Armani lifestyle, the residential units would be created with the latest and refined technologies, equipped with distinguished luxury and unmatched sophistication.

Meanwhile, speaking of Dezer Development, the up-market entity possesses personal excellence in creating luxury high-rise residential units, hospitable five star hotels, and master licensing agreement with Porsche Design. Also, architect César Pelli’s previous projects list to some milestone buildings like the World Financial Centre in New York and the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia to name a few.
