Lately Mumbai witnessed an explosion of fashion, film, femininity, as Mrs. Pamela Chopra and Ms. Sanya Dhir hosted the launch of the flagship store of DIVA’NI.

The soiree was a mega affair as it celebrated the homecoming of a fashion label exploded out of Indian cinema’s DNA. The gala launch was well attended by the who’s who of tinsel town Rani Mukerji, Parineeti Chopra , Alia Bhatt, Kiran Rao, Arjun Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ankita Lokhande, Poonam Dhillon to name a few.

For Resort 2015, Giorgio Armani kept it simple and sober. With a very mild colour range flowing between the likes of different shades of white, fawn and grey, the collection gave a prior focus to formal wear.

Keeping the ensembles not completely stuck to the skin, the comfort factor was given due weightage. The collection flew between traces of both masculine and feminine, including both a sleek white suit paired with trousers and an elegant fawn spaghetti top paired with a short skirt, and a clutch accessorising the look.

However, the full sleeved crème coloured short dress, with a frilled bottom enhanced with minimalistic embellishments and a silver clutch, was a complete eye catcher! The collection was henceforth an effective display of the ambitious and powerful working women who love keeping it classy and stylish even at work.

Sam Riley has been officially announced as the new face for Ermenegildo Zegna couture wear. Replacing Jamie Dornan for the brand’s campaign, Sam Riley has also recently worked for Angelina Jolie’s film, ‘Maleficent’.

Shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the campaign will display Riley alone, along with models dressed in Zegna suits, formalwear and sportswear from the brand’s latest fall collection.
