Scattered around London are secret drinking venues that, to the unknowing passerby, look to be nothing more than shop fronts or dingy flats. Inspired by the facade, an artfully casual assemblage of old wooden slats, Olive has been working with its partners and teams to create fresh new restaurants and bar concepts across India, just after wildly popular Monkey Bar, one of India’s first Gastro-pubs.
The bar at the stunning Olive at the Qutub is being re invented as one of India’s first ‘speakeasy’ following the popular trend across London. At Olive the new bar space combines the lower level and the terrace together and will be called "The Dirty Martini",designed by Sumant Jaikishen, the bar experience brings in the mood and feel of the 1920s speakeasy bars.
