With the objective of supporting weavers, she started a Facebook campaign called – Six Yards and 365 Days, with the sole idea to support the weavers, who have gone extinct.

Six yards and 365 days are more than 20,000 members now, many of whom religiously wear their hand-woven sarees with pride, and the number is growing. There are members who have posted their 50, 100th and 200th sarees.
