“There’s no love greater than love of food”, said somebody. And I believe it too. It’s for this reason I decided to explore The Lobby Cafe. Located at Radha Regent business hotel, it is an all day http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/dining/dining/http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/dining/dining restaurant that pleasures the eyes with a magnificent lobby view.

An eating house not only needs to tickle your taste buds but feed your senses too. So, Is The Lobby Cafe successful in doing so? Yes, very well. How? Let me put it forward clearly. As I stepped in, the interior stole my attention with a perfect use of white and wood brown colour on walls. Pay heed, one will not find too many hues or even decoratives. It is an attempt to stick to the charm of minimalism. The lighting has been kept soft to make it non-interfering while http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/dining/dining/http://varunkaushik.com/userfiles/nightOut/dining/dining.

By the time I finished staring the interior, Chef Raja Ramsamy was in. He asked, “Shall we begin the course?”  I smiled ‘yes’. Soon my table had a big bowl of Vegetable clear soup with pesto. My mouth got busy with soup while the eyes were checking out each corner of the bistro. Next course got me a salad of lettuce, tomato and basil. I was almost gorging on it and I can bet chef was too happy to witness that.

Meanwhile, some customers popped round and treated themselves with something yummy from the counter. There was a lot of chatter in the restaurant around food, taste and quality. The third course interrupted the whole chatter to serve me Crispy Thai Veg. I can give my word, it was one of the most scrumptious things I ever had. Despite being a terrible cook, I felt like asking the chef for its recipe. Next one making the entry was Fusilli Pasta. The dish had berries, tomatoes, onions and much more making it a true delight. I couldn’t finish it. I was afraid that my eyes were bigger than my stomach. So, the chef promised me to end the course with a dessert of walnut brownie and vanilla with hot chocolate poured on top. Absolutely a sinful obsession. When you visit The Lobby Cafe, do not miss the dessert. You’ll regret.

Apart from all this, the eatery serves Multicuisine – blend of eastern and western flavour consisting of Chinese, Thai, Tandoori, Mughlai and Continental spread. Just decide and delight.
