Gitanjali Lifestyle India International Model Hunt kick started amidst the glitterati on high tea and snacks at Hotel Crowne Plaza Today, New Delhi. The soft campaign which started on September 2 in 10 cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata has already received a lot of applications.
These applications will be shortlisted by an International Jury comprising of International Fashion Designers, International make up expert and a leading International hair stylist and an International photographer. The short listed candidates will be groomed before appearing for the finale on October 1, 2010.
On the occasion the organizer of India International Fashion Week, Sanjay Kapur said that with the launch of IIMH, we have created a platform for India’s youth to showcase their talent internationally. He also added that we will be launching them at the International fashion events like Couture Fashion Week, New York and Seattle Fashion Week.
At the event we saw the likes of Designer Mona Lambai, Famous hair stylist Najeeb UR Rehman, Film maker Barkha Roy, Music director Shravan Rathode all gracing the launch with Sanjay Kapur.
