The structure of the club is divided into 4 synergic areas, that create a path aimed at achieving an overall wellbeing and psycho-physical balance with an impeccable welcoming and hospitality service.

The Gym & Fitness area, reserved for individual or group sessions, features a full set of the most innovative Technogym cardio and strength machines, equipment for functional training, private use areas and training rooms for indoor cycling, yoga, pilates, stretching, toning and posture work.

The Beauty SPA & Wellness area is complete with a pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna, as well as rooms for massages and beauty treatments. Inside you will discover the Ambassade de la Beauté of Biologique Recherche, led by André Malbert, a truly refined place for privacy in which to experiment the extraordinary treatments created by the prestigious French Maison for both face and body.

The Metabolism & Nutrition area, run by Dr. Sara Farnetti, specialist in Internal Medicine, offers an exclusive service which analyzes the metabolism and functional nutrition. Whilst, the Medical area, managed by Dr. Alessandro Trabattoni, specialist in Neurology and Sports Medicine, propose visits and specific programs that help to identify or prevent muscle and postural disorders. Treatments includes Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with a particular focus on applied kinesiology, that allows to evaluate which of these sides  – structural, emotional, or metabolic – requires attention in order to bring the body back in balance.
