Belvedere Vodka Announces Partnership With The Highly Anticipated James Bond Film, SPECTREThe world’s original, luxury vodka celebrated its global partnership with highly anticipated Bond’s 24thinstallment, SPECTRE at the Bond In Motion Exhibition, London Film Museum.

Lately, Rihanna was spotted sporting a pair of Puma’s celebration her new appointment as brands Creative Director. She’ll also become a “brand ambassador” for the company alongside star athletes like sprinter Usain Bolt and soccer player Mario Balotelli.

Puma said in a statement that the multi-year deal starting in January would involve Rihanna overseeing women’s line of clothing with a focus on training category. Puma Chief Executive Bjorn Gulden said that finding a top name for women’s training was important to complement the brand’s strength and Rihanna was a natural choice seeing her charisma and global profile.

The transformation of the once-gritty Miami neighborhood into a glamorous Miami Design District has brought in some big fashion houses, most recent being Giorgio Armani store. A 4,300-square-foot, two-story Giorgio Armani boutique offers both ready-to-wear and accessories for women and men. Gray marmorino plaster walls, teak tables with black glass tops, and mirror-effect steel details that read natural bamboo reflects the Armani ethos.

Over 70 menswear designers will be featured in the Designer Showrooms at London Collections: Men, 9th – 12th January 2015. The Designer Showrooms will run alongside a packed schedule of catwalk shows, presentations and events will take place in two of the official LC: M venues, The Hospital Club and Victoria House.

While the Hospital Club will host the Ready-To-Wear designers and Victoria House will be home to Accessories designers kicking off the annual menswear fashion calendar.

The Designer Showrooms, the largest selection of menswear designers during LC:M, showcase emerging talent through to contemporary and heritage brands. Rising stars Alan Taylor, Alex Mattsson and Blood Brother will return critical acclaim last season; with the Emerging and Streetwear showroom featuring some of the next big names in British menswear including debuting designers Wonderland’s One-to-Watch, Rachel James, American-born Chelsea Bravo and recent Kingston graduate Sarah Hellen. Christopher Raeburn and Lou Dalton both return to the Contemporary and Outerwear showroom.

Victoria House will host the NEWGEN MEN designers: Agi & Sam, Alex Mullins, Astrid Andersen, CMMN SWDN, Craig Green, Kit Neale, Lee Roach, and Vidur. NEWGEN MEN shoe designer, Diego Vanassibara.

1Alexandre Vauthier has been awarded the right to use the haute couture appellation, a distinction administered by France’s ministry of industry. A commission met on Dec. 16 and anointed Vauthier as the Chambre Syndicale’s newest full-fledged member. Previously, he was a guest member.

The French designer spent eight years as studio director for Jean Paul Gaultier couture and then three years with Thierry Mugler before launching his signature couture in 2009, wwd reported.

Industry’s movers and shakers leaves a rippling effect to the year 2014, as it comes to an end. After Gucci, the big news comes from La Chaux-de-Fonds, as Stéphane Linder, CEO of TAG Heuer, resigns from his position at the helm of one of the world’s largest watchmakers. Jean-Claude Biver, current Head of Watchmaking at LVMH, will act as CEO of TAG Heuer in the interim.

1Linder assumed the role of CEO just last year, after former CEO Jean-Christophe Babin left TAG Heuer to become CEO at Bulgari. The departure of Linder, who has worked at TAG Heuer for 21 years, comes amidst significant restructuring at the firm, including 46 layoffs in September and a refocus on lower-priced watches.

The evening hosted  capital’s glitterati, senior artists, art enthusiasts of the capital from Raghu Rai, Dilip and Devi Cherian, Jatin Das, Paresh Maity, Rupika Chawla, HH Sir James Bevan…, VC Burman, Ritu Kumar, Shivani Pasrich, Anu Malhotra, Jayasri Burman to name a few.

Tadashi Shoji pre fall look is inspired by his frequent travel between Shanghai, New York and Los Angeles.

Consequently, aircraft mechanics surfaced as studs and sequins, on long slender gowns; laser cuts on short flared dresses, in metallic effects alongside a palette of steel, black and chrome .
