Introduction:

The much-awaited mad fashion race just got over by spreading the best of fashion trends. There were many that surprised us; some seem to be relatively obvious whereas few came straight from the International runways. Well, if you are keen about decking up in best of accessories inspired from the runway, this one is for you…Fashion Fad brings for fashion conscious frat, an accessory search from Delhi’s biggie fashion runway. And so here goes trendiest accessories that we spotted at WIFW.

Main Text:

Accessories seem to play an indispensible role while dressing–up. More than an off-beat innovation, they hit the right place in your wardrobe, they amp the most basic outfit to something extraordinary and so what better than keeping ourselves up-to-date and adorning the best of runway inspired looks that adds an oomph factor…

Bling It – Jewellery has never been an outdated affair. You can go wild, smart and yet beautiful.  There comes no rule of not mixing Indian jewels with westerns and so on and so forth. The WIFW runway was inspired from the Tribes of Africa where we saw bold hues and lots of Afro-centric jewels. Also spotted were beaded neckpieces that made an outfit spread that eternal elegance. Bling chokers feathered detailing and metallic cuffs seem to play the perfect add-on role. So much of shine, glam and glitter came into existence at runway by Wendell Rodricks, Gaurav Gupta, Pia Pauro and many others.

Baggers Day Out – It was like a ‘Baggers’ day out at numerous shows. We saw most of them teaming up costumes with bags in different forms. Where arm candies and black and brown clutches were a huge hit by Bodice, Indian printed mini suitcase bags by Pankaj and Nidhi looked bold and bright. To add more style there’s numerous beaded wonders to print to ethnic to embellished clutches; they suit best with all your outfits.

Hats Off – It’s not the first time fashion has been through this cycle. Well, think the 1970s…and it surely remind of beautiful turbans and headgears. From straw hats to fixed turbans to round hats, you have them all. May be, some weren’t too heady but a little change do makes difference to your outfit. From sporty to wide rimmed, Crochet caps to beaded ones they all looked revolutionary. The wide–rimmed fluorescent hats by Surendri looked huge and attractive too, also the straw hats by Hemant and Nandita was a big hit.

So ladies, you have enough to experiment by now, nothing better than braving in new looks at every social do…isn’t it??

Every season  famous Rumanian designer Carmen Emanuela Popa keeps on creating the  extraordinary images  with her own philosophy and inspiration hidden inside the canvas.  It is not just about attires. It is an art that makes you catch a moment, feel and embrace the beauty, says she.

Military motive is the leading idea of Carmen’s collection.  She takes the inspiration from the soldier’s  inner world who has just came from the war. His enduring attitude to the world, a slight aloofness and mental disruption appeal a designer’s attention.

“True love is a power that makes people change themselves. What does inspire me? –  The dramatic existent reality. It causes wars, starvation, poverty… Everybody is making war day by day ”, says Carmen. My Spring-Summer Collection 2014 reveals a woman who succeeds in achieving the goals, while  keeping  peace and harmony.
