For Autumn Winter 2013 designer Sonia Jetleey explores the wonders of Sicily, and its beautiful baroque architecture, to craft the collection titled ‘The Dance’.

Being showcased at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week Autumn winter 2013 the collection is a beautiful amalgamation of the women of today with their edgy personalities and individual spunk, with the yesteryear damsels, conserved and fragile. Designer brings in new silhouettes like shift dresses with pants; saree- bolero blouson and tessellated border combinations; coltish corsets and asymmetric skirts; kaftan; and classic ‘boyfriend shirts’ with a twist.

The color palette consists of royal purple, minty green, pink cinnamon, wine berry, Hawaiian ocean and peacock blue.

The free-spirited Anupama Dayal woman travels through the by lanes of Delhi, romanticizing the city through their sartorial choices, as portrayed in Anupama Dayal’s Autumn Winter 2013 collection titled, ‘Ishq-e-Dilli’.

The collection which will be showcased at the forthcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week takes its inspiration from the rich Islamic art and Mughal traditions besides the Sultanate, Lodhis and others. The traditional yet modern silhouettes are comprised of Sharara inspired trousers, lehanga inspired skirts, jamas and angrakhas worn by women across the world as dresses.
