Actor Shama Sikander launched her design store Saisha with western and indo western designs at Bandra, Mumbai, with none other than fashion diva Sushmita Sen doing the inauguration.

One-stop shopping for fashion conscious women. She has also stocked shoes, purses, clutches, and few other accessories to make everything available under one roof. Speaking on the launch Shama said, “Indian women are so beautiful but most of the time, they do not know how to compliment their beauty with clothes properly. My designs are not just to cater to their high end design requirements but also to be their stylist.  India has been treated as a second class destination by most of the international design houses because we tend to accept whatever is offered. My idea is to make Indian women demand the best and latest that is available for the other markets too.” comments Shama Sikandar.

Her designs are feminine and flowy, soft and colours are so appealing. This makes a woman look so beautiful added Sushmita Sen.

Borgeaud, Swiss watchmakers, offers its patrons ‘The Borgeaud Septagraph’, a watch with micromechanical precision translating a unique philosophy of time which reinstates the necessity of making a daily appointment with yourself through a strategic pause for thought – a daily appointed period of 90 minutes that conveniently varies for each day of the week based on Indian astronomical and astrological observations with its patented Septagraph indicating the Rahu Period.

With the Borgeaud SeptagraphTM, the evocative curved stylised arrow, emerging from the SP (Strategic Period) capsule, serves as a “time-reserve indicator” that shows the flow of intensely personal time during a full one and half hours when the world keeps turning without the wearer taking any ostensible action.

The generously sized 46 mm-diameter brilliant-polished case is only 12.4 mm thick and feels astonishingly light and comfortable on the wrist with its smooth lines and delicate inward-sloping lugs. Crafted from a single block of 18-carat rose or white gold, it features a crown bearing an engraved satin-brushed B for Borgeaud monogram echoing the brand logo on the dial at 12 o’clock.

The elegant manually polished and chamfered hands run gracefully over an hour- circle distinguished by an appealing dialogue between hand-applied gold numerals that are Roman on the upper part of the dial and Arabic on the lower part. This handsome guardian of your very own time is secured to the wrist by a perfectly integrated crocodile-patterned leather strap fitted with a signature-design rose or white gold pin buckle. An optional, soon to be released, gold bracelet will complete the initial collection.
