Men are equally confused when it comes to dressing for an occasion and equally demanding in terms of latest offering from fashion and style. We are not talking about the metrosexual as we denounce any concepts of class differentiation based on concern for style. It’s universal for anyone to be concerned about their looks and appearance and this particular nomenclature was absolutely not required. Non-the-less the spring is here and time is ripe to throw away the blankets and get ready for the warm sun bath. Fashionfad.in enhances the style direction for the ever so stylish men this season.

The cool factor! : Its summer dude and we want something that’s comfortable and oh! so stylish. The cotton white shirt is the classic way to get it cool and Aslam Khan precedes fashion with his pin-tucked white shirt in mandarin collar. The little embroidery detail just above the pockets on the chest takes care of the minute attention of style. It is matched with peach trouser with patch pockets. The pockets seem to converge all the attention this season. Abhishek Gupta and Nandita Basu style for comfort in an ochre t-shirt with bike tessellation print matched with a straight fight relaxed trouser. The t-shirt from Nitin Bal Chauhan has a juxtaposition of tie prints worn over an extremely low waist trouser in horizontal stripes with suspenders hanging loose. And the Siddharth Tytler here flaunts an asymmetric dhoti pants in a rose motif styled with a coffee brown chest revealing sleeveless t-shirt.

Born to Party:The party has much more fun this summer with teddy boys in western and tall kurtas in Indian outfits. Ashish N Soni dress it the perfect Edwardian in black pinstriped coat and white shirt upturns the cuffs with rose reliefs, the jacket has slim silk lapels and is complimented with a bow tie and a chocolate brown lurex trousers. Manoviraj Khosla has yet again brought back the one buttoned jacket but this time in off white with grey piping and shadow prints worn over the mono-basic grey trouser which expels ultimate style. The prints that are ruling fashion find their escape sometimes in the trousers and sometimes in the jackets. Ravi Bajaj shifts the muted paisley print to the trouser and compliments it with a powdery cream safari stylized jacket. Vallaya again has a black wool jacket sans button with contrast piping and a heavy drape trouser. The ethnic Indian kurtas have borrowed the colour of valor and thus red adds the accent to richness of fashion as we also see Vijay Arora and Shantanu and Nikhil interpreting the same in the kurta and sherwani. And Kotwara has tall kaftan style kurta styled with block printed huge stole. The neat line of symmetry is visible in Zubair Kirmani’s charcoal kurta with illusionary checks.

Beach Lounging: The summers this season witness a shifting hemline in shorts from knee length to thigh high. The camouflage shorts by Nitin Bal Chauhan combines with a white tee sprayed with psychedelic colours. The gamcha and banyan style right off from the streets exude supreme style in Rajesh Pratap Singh’s creation. And here rises the shorts upto the thigh in beige linen with patch pockets prefixed with indigo printed loose neck tee by Rajvi Mohan. Samant Chauhan has weaved his short in luxury and comfort with raw silk shorts matched with a shirt and fashioned with a breezing jacket.

Style Ticks: Rajesh Pratap yet again creates a design marvel and adds style ticking in an overall optical illusionary warp print over jacket and Raj Kapoor length trouser. Rocky S sets the style clock with crushed kurta, batik print, knits and ikat border. Samant Chauhan has dressed the futuristic genome in silk. Studio Himmat styles the buttoned jodhpur and beige jacket matched with a multicolored turban.
