Synergy Delhi couture Week 2011 ended on a glitzy merry making note, as the God of Couture (He doesn’t need to prove it, the concluding show was just a humble reminder) threw a party-to-be at Cibo, Hotel Janpath, New Delhi. More like a congratulatory celebrations for the entire fashion fraternity who put their tiring best to unwind after four days of dazzle. Thus, basked in the dark of night, al fresco dining before the exquisitely dressed dancers in Indian costumes, dancing on Indian folk tunes with trumpets and sticks, echoing in the air took all and sundry to the regal nights in the palaces of Rajasthan where king and his folks indulge in revelry under the starry sky. Mounting the delight was Rohit’s free flowing moves on the stage.
Just adjacent was antiquely adorned closed roof settings of Cibo where blaring techno music along with scrumptious gourmet and heady cocktails kicked one and all to swing and shake their assets till the wee hours of the night. Arjun Rampal was definitely the cynosure bathing in flash lights.
The who’s who of the town reached at the venue without a scruple. The likes of Manish Arora, Manish Malhotra, Vijay Arora, Anand Bhushan Rohit Gandhi, Rahul Khanna, Varun Bahl, Jenjum & Jasleen, Nachiket Barve and many others
