The much awaited Style du Jour (Style of Today) – a showcase of fashion trends in style, along with culinary arts and mixology – in collaboration with few of leading fashion and lifestyle magazines in India – was held recently at Tote on the Turf in Mumbai.For the showcasing Grey Goose teamed up with style forecaster Sweta Uttam to predict five cutting-edge trends that will dominate Spring Summer 2013. And in its very first year in India this unique concept came to life through three of the lifestyle magazines showcasing looks conceptualized and styled by their editorial teams.
Each feature was carefully put together by some of the biggest names in fashion journalism with the creative genius of designers including Gaurav Gupta, Alpana Neeraj, Amit Aggarwal, Atsu, Sureily Goel, Arjun Khanna, Ranna Gill and Gauri & Nainika.
The evening saw renowned Chef Rahul Akerkar creating a specially designed menu along with paired Grey Goose vodka cocktails by world-renowned mixologist Zdenek
Kastanek. Besides, Ayushman and Esha were awarded with best debutant style male and female respectively.
The event was graced by the glam brigade of the city including Zarine Khan, Mugdha Godse, Narendra Kumar Ahmed, Pria Kataria Puri, Little Shilpa, Surily Goel, Nachiket Barve, Ramona Narang, Vikram Raizada, Yash Birla, Rashmi Uday Singh, Sona Mohapatra, Atul Kasbekar, Hasleen Kaur and Candice Pinto amongst others.
