Gucci hosted a private cocktail party to celebrate the re-opening of its newly renovated Beverly Hills flagship store. The 22,000 square foot store has been redesigned by Creative Director Frida Giannini to showcase the complete collection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, jewelry and accessories, as well as the Gucci children’s collection.
In keeping with Gucci’s longstanding history with Hollywood, a new third floor featuring a wrap-around terrace overlooking Rodeo Drive is now dedicated to red carpet dressing. A special display exhibited a selection of Gucci Première couture gowns worn on the red carpet by Blake Lively, Salma Hayek Pinault, Taylor Swift and Mila Kunis.
The first Gucci stores in North America to showcase the new Gucci Beauty collection had some notable attendees, which included Frida Giannini, Patrizio di Marco, Camilla Belle and Kris Knight, Nicola Peltz, Lapo Elkann, Colleen Bell, Jo Champa, Eva Chow, Michael Govan and Katherine Ross, Vittorio Grigolo, Robert F Kennedy Jr. and Cheryl Hines, Eros Ramazzotti, Robbie Rogers and Anne Sweeney to name a few.
