Divya Gurwara, CEO Bridal Asia and artist entrepreneur Neena Verma came together to host a cocktail evening at Hyatt regency celebrating the latest bridal line by Anjalee& Arjun Kapoor.

The collection picks from the finest realm of fashion and design with a blend of the authentic Mughal era and sophisticated Victorian sensibilities. The mood is modern and cutting edge yet the soul belong to the past. Archival Mughal motifs, Victorian embellishment techniques of incasing and appliqué in tissue and silk are used intricately.

Fully embroidered sarees get coupled with sexy blouses celebrating the very sassy retro sixties interpretation of the Indian ensemble. The colour palette is unique as nudes blend with pastels and bold colours peep through. Shades of rose, fuchsia, burgundy, midnight blues interpreted with primary colours through a very new layering technique as the designers mesh solid coloured nets with metallic toned silks and chamois.

Speaking on their association with Bridal Asia the designer duo said, “Bridal Asia is the ideal platform for us to reach a wider audience making it a perfect marriage of creativity and business.”
