A sensational evening saw guests dressed in their best, to witness a glamorous unveil of Diva’ni’s new coffee table book ‘A Queen’s Ransom followed by an exclusive screening of Sultan.
The fashion brand built at the edge of cinema and reality has opened its doors in Pakistan this July with the first international couture flagship store, to be launched in Lahore. Having designed and styled the wedding look for Anushka Sharma in Sultan, the sequence in the film incorporates handcrafted traditional chikankaari ensemble embellished with bespoke technique of zardozi, including elements of kundan, gota, dabka & naqshi for the bride.
The ceremonial evening progressed with a soiree which saw Actor Fawad Khan with his family Sadaf Fawad and Ayaan Khan, Actor Ali Zafar and his wife Ayesha Fazli, Aden Rehan – Model and publicist, Sehyr Anis – Lahore based designer/socialite, Anusheh Asad – Pakistani model and a makeup artist, Erum Ahmed – CEO of So Kamal (Pakistan based clothing brand), Kamiar Rokni – popular Pakistani fashion designer and Zarmina Masud Khan- fashion designer along with film maker Umair Fazli with his wife Fatima Fazli, socialites Fatin Gondal (entrepreneur).
