The America based fashion and lifestyle brand, Abercrombie & Fitch is making the news all for fashionable reasons, as it has been sued by one of its former employees.
The lawsuit filed by Benjamine Bowers claimed that the company referred him to a modeling agent who got him to strip down and masturbate to take relaxed pictures. It claimed that modeling agent Brian Hilburnflew the model to Mississippi last year and convinced him to masturbate in front of the camera so his expressions during orgasm could be captured.
Benjamine who has sued the brand for $ 1 million added that it was Hilburn who later exposed himself and uttered some unwarranted comments on the relative size of their penises.
